General Condition of sales.
OBJECT
The present general condition of sales govern existing relations between the Craftsman Soap Factory Martin de Candre and any person using the website : www.savonnerie-martin-de-candre.ic-sites.com
Any order will be considered as entire adhesion and acceptance without restriction of the present general conditions of sales, sales price and description of the proposed products.
PRESENTATION AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS
The products presented on the website are subject to modification from our side or from our packaging suppliers. The photos of the products are non-contractual. The products on sales on the website are available at the Craftsman Soap Factory Martin de Candre. The offer is valid as long as stock is available.
ORDER
The order will be considered as accepted after reception and full payment. Orders received through the website will be honoured depending on stock availability. In the case of a temporary or definitive rupture of a product, Craftsman Soap Factory Martin will inform the client and reserves the right to cancel the order or a product.
CANCELLATION CLAUSE
In the case of a distance sale, in accordance with the Article L.121 – 20 and following the Consumers Code, le client has a delay of 7 working days starting from the date of delivery of the order, to return all article not to his satisfaction, as long as the order is in its original packaging and in good state, ready for its re-commercialisation and ask for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, except for the return expedition costs.

PAYMENT
The payment can be by cheque to the order of Promarcan or by credit card using the secured Cyberplus payment of “Banque Populaire”.
The products ordered will be sent once the cheque or payments credited.
TRANSPORT
The risks that can be encountered during expeditions are to be bear by the receiver. The received must check the state of the products at the time of reception and address an eventual claim to the Post Office. The Soap Factory Martin de Candre does not reimburse any package that has been damaged during its transport. The Soap Factory will not be responsible of bottle breaking due to violent manipulatin of the packing during transportation.
RETURN
The articles can be subject of an exchange or reimbursement. The return or request for reimbursement must intervene in a 15 days delay starting from the date of reception of the articles. The returned products must be received in a perfect state in original packaging.
In the case of a new order for a price inferior to the initial amount, the Client will receive upon reception of the request a cheque as reimbursement of the difference.
The transport cost for the exchange, return and new sending, are for the client’s charge. The products must be correctly packed in order not to encounter any damage during the transportation.
Before any exchange or reimbursement demand, the Client must have contacted the Craftsman Soap Factory Martin before, to be informed of the steps to follow (the contact for the the Soap Factory are available on the page Contact Us of the website)
Particular case : The Soap Factory Martin de Candre engage for he exchange of a product if the perfume or the size is not in concordance to the initial order. Nevertheless, this exchange will be done when the Client has returned the products that do not correspond to the order. The products must be correctly packed in order no to encounter any damage during transportation. The transport costs for the return will be completely reimbursed.
SALES PRICE
The prices are inclusive of all taxes and are in euros. The price includes the VAT applicable on the day of the order. The prices are subject to change due to a variation of the VAT, in case of a mistake, or on the decision of the Soap Factory.
IDENTIFICATION
Any client of the website needs to follow an online subscription procedure allowing him to place order. Information requested are necessary to treat and sending of the orders. Packages that need to be reexpedited further to a wrong identification by the Client, will be to the charge of the client.
The final validation of the order and/or online submission of the credit card is considered as a signature and acceptance of all operations on the website and stands as a proof for order in accordance to the french law of the 13 March 2000.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Craftsman Soap Factory Martin cannot be considered responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused for the use of the internet accessibility, out of service situation, or any case qualified as Force Majeure, in accordance with the Jurisprudence, and the non-conformity of the use of the ordered products.

The Client is informed that automatic treatment of information, in particular the management of the email addresses of the users, has been subject to a declaration to the CNIM.
In conformity to the law of the 6 January 1978, the user has the right to modify his information.
OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS
Craftsman Soap Factory Martin remains sole owner of the products till the complete payment of the price as well as additional costs and interests in accordance to the laws of the 12 May 1980 and of 13 July 1967.
APPLICABLE LAW
In case of complaint relating to the execution of the clauses and conditions indicated above and in the case of a disagreement between the parties, the neighbourhood Law Court to be Soap Factory are the only competent.
